School Closure After 15 years of providing an educational program for students in kindergarten through eighth grade, Cache Valley Learning Center has closed. CVLC Preschool The mission of Cache Valley Learning Center Preschool is to offer a safe, fun, loving environment for children three through five years of age that promotes learning through play and prepares children to successfully enter kindergarten.
